Policies

I cannot confirm your reservation for service until I have received payment, a signed copy of the Rain Dogs Service Agreement, and a signed copy of a Veterinary Release Form.

Payments

Payment is due on or before the date service begins.  I accept cash, check (payable to Rain Dogs LLC), Venmo (#raindogsnc), The Cash App ($raindogsnc) and all major credit or debit cards.  There is a $35 charge for returned checks.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your service dates, please notify me at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled date.  The full cost of service is due for same-day cancellations.  

Early Returns

If your travel dates change after service has started there are no refunds or credits for returning early.
